These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, transactions and agreements between Jain Agencies (hereinafter called the ‘seller’) and the buyer, except in so far as expressly provided otherwise by us in writing. The applicability of any terms and conditions of the buyer is expressly rejected.
Seed: Majorly all seeds sold are sourced from various traders/ dealers / manufacturers and partly are imported. They meet FIS stipulated germination standards, and are in conformance with the label description required by the Indian Seed Act, 1966. Subject to availability, we can supply seeds in our own original packing. Growing instructions for all items where-ever available on the website are purely suggestions and customers are strongly advised to consult field experts also before planting and growing the same. The harvest/crop may vary as per the climate, land, water available/used in planting region and no guarantee of result is undertaken by Seedlelo.com
Pesticides: All pesticides sold are sourced from various traders/ dealers / manufacturers and partly are imported. Subject to availability, we can supply pesticides in original packing. Usage instructions for all items where-ever available on the website are purely suggestions and customers are strongly advised to consult field experts. No return/refund is possible on Pesticides. No guarantee of crop yield is provided by Seedlelo.com
Agri Tools: all garden tools sold are sourced from various traders/ dealers / manufacturers and partly are imported. Subject to availability, we can supply tools in original packing. Usage instructions for all items where-ever available on the website are purely suggestions. Kindly refer an expert for precise usage of the product
Quantities and Delivery: Lesser quantities than those indicated in this list cannot be supplied. Indicated seed counts are as approximately accurate as possible. There can be no guarantee for the delivery time of the purchased products. All products are delivered by Courier services and delivery dates are indicative dates.
Offers and Prices: The offers made by the Seller are without commitment. The Seller reserves the right to change prices periodically and may intimate buyer if there is any abrupt changes in some product prices after placing the order by buyer and upon buyer consent he may ship the product after the updated price difference is paid by buyer. the shipping charges are shown standard on all products but some product may require additional shipping due to variation in size and weight so the customer must call us for shipping charges confirmation before placing any order or before dispatch. All prices quoted in this list cancel and supersede all previous offers and lists, and are subject to stock being unsold at the time of receipt of order. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any and all offers in the event of non-availability of stock, or to make pro-rata supplies in the event of stock shortage.
Refund :Refund for cancelled orders can be availed only for orders placed from front end by the user and payments made through payment gateway system. No refund will be provided for payments made through UPI (Unified Payment Interface).
Payment and Remittances: All ordered items will be sent by post courier or transport services and its charges may vary product to product which seller must confirm by calling on the given number. Bulky products/ bulk orders, if unacceptable by our courier partners will be sent through transport service to the nearest serviceable city. The charges for products not bearing free shipping are to be paid by the customer either before or at the time of delivery.

Non Warranty and Limitation of Liabilities: Our seeds have been carefully grown, selected, packed, monitored, and tested. Yet even with the highest quality of seed, success depends largely upon soil, weather and cultivation practices over which we have no control or influence. Adverse or uncontrolled conditions can and do produce physiology disorders in all plants. The seller can therefore give no warranty, expressed or implied, nor undertake any responsibility as to description, productivity, fitness or purpose, and purity and germination of the seeds we sell, nor shall we be responsible for the crop or outcome once the seeds have been sown. Our liability in any event is limited to the purchase price of such seeds if the buyer test germination of 5 or 6 seed out of the sent seeds before sowing in the land. we will take the open packet if buyer is not satisfied. We will in no event be liable for any form of consequential (including loss of profits), incidental, indirect or special damages of any kind, whether based on contract, tort or any legal theory. All seed is sold on this understanding and on the expressed condition that once goods have been shipped, posted or otherwise dispatched our responsibility absolutely ceases, and we are not bound to take back or receive the same and no claim for damages or compensation shall be made against us for any reason(s) whatsoever.
Disputes: , if any, will be subjected to the jurisdiction of the courts and/or relevant authorities only in the city of Fatehabad, Haryana. In the event of a dispute the Seller and buyer will first attempt to reach a solution in mutual consultation, or otherwise by means of mediation. If the dispute is not so resolved and calls for the intervention of an arbitration tribunal or civil court, then all such actions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent authority or court only in the city of Fatehabad, Haryana, where the Seller has its office. The Seller will at the times have the right to summon the buyer before any and all such competent authorities, and to examine all verifiable and recorded evidence pertaining to the buyer’s claim.
By placing an order in any form and by and means whatsoever, the buyer acknowledges that the limitations and disclaimers described above are conditions of sale, and that they constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding warranty and liability, and with which the buyer agrees freely and in entirety.
Language & Translation: Language translation service is done through Third Party Software. Its accuracy will vary. Language translation facility is enabled to provide user a better shopping experience. Its accuracy may vary as per language. No 100% accuracy can be guaranteed.
All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music and artwork (collectively, "Content"), is a third party user generated content and Seedlelo.com has no control over such third party user generated content as Seedlelo.com is merely an intermediary for the purposes of this Terms of Use. Such Content will become Our property and You grant Us the worldwide, perpetual and transferable rights in such Content. We shall be entitled to, consistent with Our Privacy Policy as adopted in accordance with applicable law, use the Content or any of its elements for any type of use forever, including but not limited to promotional and advertising purposes and in any media whether now known or hereafter devised, including the creation of derivative works that may include the Content You provide.
You may use information on the products and services purposely made available on the Platform for downloading, provided that You
